Maya plays with a viewfinder toy. I find this quite symbolic and something about Maya looking through this viewfinder brings me delight. It is my hope that she will have the opportunity one day to create the life she wants for herself, to view her world the way she sees fit and be able to live within it. Maya deserves the same free world we know of, a world with peace, justice, hope, opportunity and prosperity.
